The Public Private Partnership (PPP) Committee was established in accordance with decision no. 2602 endorsed by the Council of Ministers on September 3rd 2008, chaired by the Chairman of the Executive Privatization Commission with the following members:

Secretary General – Ministry of Finance
2.
Secretary General – Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation
3.
Secretary General – Ministry of Industry and Trade
4.
Head of the Budget Department
5.
Secretary General – Executive Privatization Commission
6.
Representative of the concerned Ministry- No voting cast.
The PPP Committee assumes the responsibilities of: identifying potential projects to be implemented within the framework of the PPP program, including capital projects listed in under the Budget or any other proposed project by relevant ministries and/or institutions. The Committee shall supervise and follow up on studies conducted for the purpose of the PPP program and shall forward recommendations and results to the Privatization Council for consent.
